The 4th Working Committee Meeting of International Alliance of Translational Neuroscience was held in Beijing on September 18, 2015. Professor Xiaomin Wang, Chairman of the Committee, Professor Max Cynader, a member from University of British Columbia, Professor Gunnar Grant from Karolinska Institute, Professor Hanna from University of Melbourne, Professor Zhiqing Xu, Secretary-General of International Alliance of Translational Neuroscience and others attended the meeting.
During the meeting, Professor Zhiqing Xu was the first to report International Alliance of Translational Neuroscience's work progress in 2015 and work plan for 2016; 4 International Alliance of Translational Neuroscience's doctoral candidates of combined training respectively reported the scientific research progress and gains. The International Alliance of Translational Neuroscience Working Committee reached a consensus on the work plan for 2016, and decided to hold the First International Forum on Critical Brain Disorders in the Capital in Beijing in October 2016; decided to combine International Alliance of Translational Neuroscience's project of Combined Training of Postgraduates with International Alliance of Translational Neuroscience Seed Fund Projects in order to make postgraduates participate in the projects more deeply, and to promote the establishment of closer international cooperation relationship between alliance member units.
